Here are some specifics:
- One you go to the landing page, you’ll see the form that says “Sign Up Now.”
- Make sure you use the same email you use for Brilliant Distinctions.
- After you enter your information, click “Sign Up.”
- You’ll be brought to the Brilliant Distinctions page to either “Log-in” or “Sign-up.”
- Be sure you take a picture of the claim code on your computer screen.
- Once you’ve logged in or signed up the offer will be in the patient’s account. Note: the claim code can take up to 3 days to show up in your account.
- Offer can be used on treatments above sixteen (16) cycles but any transactions above the sixteen (16) cycle max will not earn Brilliant Distinctions® points.
- Offer can be combined with Brilliant Distinctions® Rewards and Gift Cards, but cannot be combined with any other CoolSculpting® rebates, coupons, or offers.
