Okay, so this is exciting! You’ve started on your journey to meet your body goals. On this page you’ll find the release forms that you can download and sign before your final appointment before surgery. You’ll also find some helpful information about preparing for your procedure.

Scopolamine Patch

We’re going to give you a Scopolamine patch to place behind your ear the night before surgery. This patch will help prevent nausea during surgery. For instructions on how to place the patch, click here.

Getting Your Team Together

On the day of surgery, by law you are going to need an adult over the age of 18 to take you home after your surgery. You are also going to need someone to stay with you for 24 hours. So get your team ready well in advance and on surgery day you’ll feel relaxed and ready.

No Smoking

We ask all of our patients to quit smoking as part of their cosmetic procedure journey. This is an important step and we’ll be with you to cheerlead you along the way.

Cosmetic surgery should be part of an overall wellness plan that includes healthy eating and exercise. We encourage all of our patients to embrace a healthy lifestyle and to prepare for their surgery day by planning helpers, arranging childcare if necessary and getting organized for your recovery period. After your surgery, it’s important to focus on resting and relaxing and giving your body time to heal. Soon enough your surgery will be behind you, your incisions will be healing nicely and you’ll be excited about your results.
