COVIS-19 Update for Friday, March 27, 2020

Dear Patients,
In light of the COVID-19 situation and recommendations by the CDC and our local government this week, effective immediately we are going to be limiting our office hours and only seeing patients who need post-operative care or have time-sensitive issues.
TEMPORARY NEW OFFICE HOURS
Our office will be open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am-2:00 pm, and closed on Fridays. If you have any scheduling concerns, please call our office at (336) 765-8620 anytime from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. Our Patient Care Coordinators are more than happy to help you with any questions or concerns.
OUR DOCTORS ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU NEED THEM
As always, we will have a physician on call 24/7. We will still be readily available to all of our patients and can be reached by phone, email or patient portal for questions or concerns.
SKINCARE PRODUCT REFILLS WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE
For our established patients who need to refill their medical-grade skincare products, please call our Cosmetic Concierge, Danielle, anytime from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Danielle can take your refill order over the phone and pack it up for you for shipping or curb-side pickup.
WE CARE ABOUT YOU
We hope this change in our operation is temporary and we can resume our normal schedule as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call at (336) 765-8620. In the meantime, stay healthy and safe. We look forward to seeing you soon.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO IMPROVE YOUR SKIN AND SENSE OF WELL BEING WHILE STAYING IN PLACE?
Absolutely. Please join us on our social media pages (links below) now through April 16th to learn more about our Quarantine Routine for Beauty . We’re going to be encouraging everyone to stay positive, hike, bike, take a walk around the block, try something new like online yoga or pilates and take care of your skin! Stress can cause breakouts, a reduction in collagen and elastin and can lead to sleep loss. Let’s make a plan to de-stress and do more to keep ourselves healthy and well during this very unusual time. You can click the button below to download our free Day/Night Skincare Planner. Staying on your regular skincare routine or establishing a new one can help you stay focused during this next couple of weeks. Virtual skincare consultations via FaceTime, Zoom and Skype are available.
For those who are coming to our office for urgent appointments, please use the following checklist before entering Forsyth Plastic Surgery.
